At 24 Years old in 2009, Eu Juan aka EJ decided to quit his job as one of the youngest Associate Marketing Manager of IBM to start inventing innovative ways to teaching swimming, Swim in 12, which stands for Learn to Swim in 12 Hours, started as a 1 man coach making RM1,500 a month to a multi-million dollar swimming school & sports center management with 50+ team members.

Without backing from his parents or any inheritance money, EJ took a huge pay cut to start from the ground up teaching freelance in a condo swimming pool to serving over 400+ students a week. During MCO, with zero income, EJ & his team was hit badly with 0 income from the pool.
