Clement Heng had an exciting 30-year career as an employee in various multi-national companies, ranging from the largest local financial group to a Fortune 500 Company.

He started his career in 1984 as a Business Development Executive, taking charge and leading two District Managers and eight Staff Managers with 50 agency members. He climbed his way up the corporate ladder and had the privilege to report directly to the CEO in his mid-30’s (in 1993) with the huge task of introducing an entirely new model of Bankassuarance practice to Maybank branches in Malaysia. This marked the first ever Bankassurance in South East Asia in Malaysia in early 1994. Today, Bankassurance contribute more than 50% of the insurance market in Malaysia.

He continued his career as Vice President in 1995, leading over 20 Agency Managers and 1,200 agency members with great success. In 2004, he was promoted to GM, leading over 3,300 agency members, 130 employees whilst overlooking various departments in training, sales and marketing, agency compensation which encompassed 20 branches.

His job has brought him to over 33 countries and over 100 great cities in the world. He has conducted over 2,000 seminars and classes, both locally and overseas, in multiple languages including English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.

Clement Heng is also exceptionally qualified academically graduating with a BA from UKM, and obtained professional qualifications including Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI, USA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Islamic Financial Planner (IFP). Registered Financial Planner ( RPF).He is a Certified Professional Trainer ( IPMA, UK)

He was actively involved in extra-curricular activities during his school and university days. He was elected as the founding President of the Badan Khas or the Chinese Community Council (CCC), UKM. He represented his state and university in the 100-metre track and field event with a personal best record of 11.2 seconds. He celebrated his 55th birthday in 2014 with his first ever Half Marathon completed within 3 hours.

He has conducted over 2,000 seminars and classes, both locally and overseas.

He author an award winning book “How To Be A Productive Millionaire Employee.” and launch the new book ” Be The Most Productive Employee and Salesperdon” in November 2019 and won The Malaysian Book of Record for The Most Number of Books Sold For Charity by an Individual with total donation raised for charity at RM52,000.
